An applicant licensed in another jurisdiction may apply to CCO for a temporary certificate of registration, if the applicant:
- has graduated from an accredited chiropractic educational program,
- is currently registered or licensed to practise chiropractic elsewhere
- provides evidence that they will have professional liability protection or insurance
A temporary certificate may be issued for a maximum of 12 weeks. To apply for a Temporary Certificate, please complete the following application form and forward it to the attention of Ms Madeline Cheng, Registration Coordinator.
