The Professional Portfolio is how members document their participation in quality assurance initiatives.
Members must maintain the following documents as part of their professional portfolio:
- Self-Assessment Plan of Action Summary Sheet or Self-Assessment 2.0 – Please see the following memorandum for further information on Self-Assessment 2.0
- materials collected while fulfilling their continuing education (CE) requirements from the most recent CE cycle (e.g., course outlines, brochures from conventions/conferences etc.)
- current samples of advertising, websites, social media related to their practice
Members may use their online Continuing Education and Professional Development Log in combination with their self-assessment as their “professional portfolio” instead of the fillable Professional Portfolio PDF document.
