Discipline hearings are open to the public and are held at (unless indicated otherwise) the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, 59 Hayden Street, Suite 800. Please contact Ms Rose Bustria (rbustria@cco.on.ca) if you are interested in attending a hearing.
If the Discipline Committee makes findings of professional misconduct or incompetence, the Decision will be posted under a CCO member’s profile in the public register, and published in CCO’s annual reports.
Notices of hearings are posted under a member’s name on the public register, and are removed when a joint-submission or decision is posted.
Joint-submissions are posted under the member’s name on the public register when accepted by a Discipline panel, and are removed once a subsequent decision is posted.
