The Discipline Process

Discipline hearings are open to the public and are held at (unless indicated otherwise) the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, 59 Hayden Street, Suite 800. Please contact Ms Rose Bustria (rbustria@cco.on.ca) if you are interested in attending a hearing.

All decisions of the Discipline Committee become part of the public register, and are available to the public using the chiropractor search feature on the CCO website.

Notices of hearings are posted under a member’s name on the public register, and are removed when a joint-submission or decision is posted.

Joint-submissions are posted under the member’s name on the public register when accepted by a Discipline panel, and are removed once a subsequent decision is posted.
