All discipline hearings are held at the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, 59 Hayden Street, Suite 800 (unless indicated otherwise) and are open to the public. Please contact Ms Rose Bustria (rbustria@cco.on.ca) if you are interested in attending a discipline hearing or to confirm the dates and times of the hearing.
All discipline decisions are part of the public register and are available to the public under the chiropractor search, by searching for a chiropractor’s name.
Notices of hearings are posted under a member’s name on the public register once they are available and are removed once a joint submission or decision is posted.
Joint submissions are posted under the member’s name on the public register when accepted by a Discipline panel and are removed once a decision is posted.

CCO conducts discipline hearings in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the Discipline Committee, pursuant to the Statutory Powers Procedure Act, 1990. CCO’s Discipline Committee also has the following policies:

CCO has scheduled an online sitting of the Legislation and Ethics Examination for October 26, 2023. The deadline to apply for this examination is October 10, 2023. Due to the online delivery of the examination, candidates should make themselves available for the entire day. Please complete the application form and submit it to Ms Madeline Cheng, Registration Coordinator to apply for the examination.
