Incorporation

As a result of amendments to the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991, (including regulations) and the Ontario Business Corporations Act, regulated health professionals, such as chiropractors, are permitted to incorporate. CCO Council approved the incorporation of chiropractors in November 30, 2002.

• The fee for the application for a certificate of authorization, including on any reinstatement of a certificate of authorization, for a professional corporation is $50.
• The fee for the issuance of a certificate of authorization is $600.
• The renewal fee for incorporation is $ 200 per corporation.
